You may be the right fit if you:
- Are a new graduate or early career physiotherapist.
- Are enthusiastic about evidence informed practice and developing strong clinical reasoning
- Are open to feedback, reflective, and committed to learning
- Value teamwork, respectful communication, and patient-centred care
- Hold unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Are an Australian permanent resident or citizen

Our Intensive Graduate Mentoring Program
Starting in private practice can feel overwhelming — we don’t believe you should navigate it alone.
We offer an intensive, highly supportive new graduate mentoring program designed to help you transition confidently into private practice.
This includes:
- Personalised 1:1 mentoring with a dual-titled physiotherapist currently undertaking the Musculoskeletal Specialisation Training Program
- Structured onboarding with clear clinical frameworks and expectations
- Gradual, supported caseload progression — no pressure to perform early
- Weekly in-services, case discussions, and skills development
- Ongoing feedback focused on clinical reasoning, communication, and professional confidence

What We Offer

You will receive:
- $80,000 – $100,000 base salary + commission for full-time roles (part-time remuneration adjusted proportionally)
