About Lauren Mayes

Lauren joined the Corio Bay team in 2020 after moving her family to
Irrewarra from Geelong to fulfil her dream of having a hobby farm.
Lauren had been working as a personal trainer in Geelong since 2014
and this lead her furthering her qualifications to become an Allied
Health Assistant.
Lauren has a passion for working with clients with chronic illnesses
such as Diabetes and Heart Disease. She is also amazing with our NDIS
clients with varying disabilities.
Lauren loves riding horses and spending time with her Husband Dean
and 3 boys Kyan, Zaide and Jai.

What is your guilty pleasure?
Wine and horse riding. But definitely not at the same time.

What is your favourite movie?
Dirty Dancing and Top Gun.

Name three people you would love to have dinner with?
Carl Barron, Tyler Henry, Will Ferrell.

What is your favourite place in the world?
Anywhere camping with my family and friends.

What would people be surprised to know about you?
I was working as a qualified hairdresser for 18 years prior to my Personal Trainer qualification.
