About Lauren Mayes

Lauren joined the CBSTC team in 2020 and had been working prior as a personal trainer since 2014. She moved from Geelong in January of 2020 to Irrewarra to fulfil her dream of having a hobby farm. Lauren has a passion for working with clients with chronic illnesses and disabilities.

She has 3 young boys – Kyan, Zaide and Jai who attend CSC, and her husband Dean who runs his own concreting business.

What is your guilty pleasure?
Wine and horse riding. But definitely not at the same time.

Dirty Dancing and Top Gun.

Carl Barron, Tyler Henry, Will Ferrell.

What is your favourite place in the world?
Anywhere camping with my family and friends.

What would people be surprised to know about you?
I was working as a qualified hairdresser for 18 years prior to my Personal Trainer qualification.
