Position: Receptionist (Part-Time)
Location: Corio Bay Sports Treatment Clinic
Hours: Minimum 15.5 hours per week
Days: Thursdays 10am-7pm, Fridays 8:30am-5pm
Reporting to: Clinic Directors

What You’ll Do:

As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every visitor to our clinic has a positive experience. You’ll manage our appointment diary, handle phone calls with professionalism, and assist with a variety of administrative tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

– Providing top-notch customer service to clients and visitors.
– Managing the appointment diary with accuracy and confidentiality.
– Processing payments, handling HICAPS and EFTPOS transactions.
– Assisting with record-keeping, invoicing, and data processing.
– Liaising with clinic staff and external partners, including TAC & WorkCover.
– Participating in team meetings and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking someone who is empathetic, detail-oriented, and a great communicator. The ideal candidate will have:

– Previous experience as a receptionist (experience in a medical setting is a plus!).
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– The ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure.
– Confidence with computers and the ability to quickly learn new software.
– A professional appearance and commitment to maintaining a welcoming clinic environment.
– A current Police Check.
