POSITION: Health Practice Manager
We are seeking someone to join the leadership team at our Multidisciplinary Health Clinic
The successful applicant will assist the Directors in the day to day running of our clinic and will
lead our admin team and support our practitioners so that we can all provide amazing
experiences and care for all who come to our clinic
The primary role of the HEALTH PRACTICE MANAGER is to support the Directors to ensure that the clinic is run effectively and efficiently and that our clients receive exceptional care in all aspects of their experience with our clinic. This role encompasses oversight of the day to day operations and procedures performed by our administrative team to support our practitioners in caring for our clients.

✅ Qualification/experience in business administration.
✅ Experience in a Health field or disability services such as NDIS
✅ Experience with Leading people.
✅ Experience in developing and reviewing procedures and systems as well as team training and implementation.
✅ Competence with information technology, preferably G-Suite – Google Platforms and willingness to be involved in activities to promote the clinic through varying marketing modalities.
✅ Growth mindset both personally and professionally.
✅ Analytical Skills
✅ An understanding of the Australian Healthcare system including Medicare, private health and third party (e.g. worker’s compensation, Department of Veteran Affairs, TAC), NDIS
✅ Human Resources knowledge or experience.
✅ Basic Business Finance Skills or qualification.
